LSR 2005

LSR 2005 Liquid Silicone Rubber is a low modulus, translucent 2-component product formulated for use in liquid injection molding.  It offers convenient 1:1 mix ratio with high application rate and easy release from molds.  Cure time is rapid, generally 10 to 40 seconds @ 300-400° F depending upon part size, configuration, and molding temperature.  

LSR 2005 may be an excellent choice for fabricating parts used for soft touch and cushioning applications.

The warranty period of the individual components is 6 months from date of shipment from Momentive Performance Materials if stored in the original unopened container at or below 27C (80F)
